What To Expect:
Before Your First Visit:
After scheduling your initial visit to Summit Life Chiropractic, our staff will email you new patient paperwork. We ask you provide as much detail in your paperwork as possible to help us tailor care specifically to you. It is required to have the paperwork filled out before your first visit to the office.
Day One:
Your first visit to the office will give us the opportunity to connect with you and discuss your health needs. At Summit Life Chiropractic we care about you and your family’s overall health and wellness, and will discuss any health goals you may have. By giving us as much information as you can, we can tailor a specific plan to your needs. After covering any underlying issues/ wellness/ health goals, we will then perform a detailed chiropractic examination covering all aspects of your neuromusculoskeletal system. This may include additional testing such as CLA Insight Nerve Scans. Please allot the appropriate time needed as this first visit can take anywhere from 30-45 minutes.
Day Two:
On your second visit, your doctors will have both reviewed your intake paperwork, neuromusculoskeletal exam findings, scans and/or x-rays (if necessary). They will have formulated a plan tailored directly to your individual health needs and to help you achieve your health goals. During this visit, you will have time to ask any questions that you may have regarding the next steps that will be taken towards helping you reach the Summit of your health. This visit will take anywhere from 15-30 minutes. At this point you will receive your first chiropractic adjustment.
