PAYMENT OPTIONS
We believe in the value of Chiropractic Care & Wellness care for you and your family… so here at Summit Life we have maintained a pricing structure that allows care for ALL budgets. Our office DOES NOT bill or submit insurance claims, but will provide a Super Bill. What we have found is that insurance providers are more than willing to pay your super bill, so we are happy to print you a recite so that you can send it in to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Here at Summit we do offer flexible payment programs that are very competitive, if not more affordable than utilizing your insurance. We are not in network with insurance because we have found that most insurance companies put limitations on the care our patients deserve. Not billing insurance allows for us to create the best, most unique, and affordable care recommendations for our patients. In addition, we provide several different payment options for you to get the care you need, which are often less than what you would pay with insurance.
So yes, we DO NOT accept insurance mostly because as insurance companies do not cover wellness care, and we do not want insurance companies dictating how we care for our community. In general, insurance companies are centered on sick care coverage, while we focus on health maintenance and empowerment. Insurance companies reimburse for what they deem to be "medically necessary", or "usual and customary" care. Here at SLC you will receive care that is anything but "usual and customary." We pride ourselves on achieving outstanding results by working with and for YOU on affordable payment plans and options.
